We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of our digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and supporting wider business growth.

In this role, you will oversee digital activity across key channels including website, social media, email marketing and online campaigns, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey. Working closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders, you will translate strategic objectives into targeted, high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.

As a digital marketing expert, you will champion best practice, lead continuous improvement and help shape a strong and engaging digital presence aligned with organisational values and ambitions.

What you will be doing as a Digital Marketing Manager  

  • Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns across website, email, social media and other relevant channels
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, ensuring messaging is accurate, engaging, audience-focused and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support website content updates.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
  • Develop content calendars, campaign plans and performance dashboards to support clear prioritisation, delivery and reporting.
  • Attend external exhibitions, trade shows and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the production of tender presentation and external communication materials to support business development and new client acquisition objectives

What we need from you as a Digital Marketing Manager   

  • Proven experience delivering and optimising multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong hands-on expertise across website, email, social media
  • Data-driven mindset, using analytics to improve performance and outcomes
  • Experience creating engaging, audience-focused digital content and campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence collaborating and influencing stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving
