Logistics Shift Leader (Olympia London)

£34,500 per annum

We are currently looking for a Logistics Shift Leader to support the daily traffic and logistics operations at Olympia London. As a key member of the Logistics team, you will act as the primary operational lead on shift - supporting Supervisors, leading teams of accredited Marshals, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering exceptional service across the venue.

The Logistics Shift Leader plays a central role in maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow, enforcing operational briefings, overseeing on‑site training for teams, and responding to major incidents in line with Olympia emergency procedures.

What you will be doing as a Logistics Shift Leader

• Lead groups of accredited Marshals to ensure traffic management is legally compliant.
• Reinforce daily operational briefings and support wider logistics operations.
• Organise and monitor staff welfare breaks, covering roles if needed.
• Act as first point of contact for customer complaints.
• Investigate event VC booking systems to identify potential traffic issues in advance.
• Assist in preparing show reports and traffic operation statistics; provide feedback to Logistics Supervisors.
• Use operational systems effectively, reporting or resolving system faults.
