Security Officers - Wimbledon AELTC Championships

CSP are an events company specialising in venue & stadia management. We are recruiting Security Officers to join our events team now to deliver our busy 2026 calendar. With work available on weekdays, evenings, nights & weekends at the prestigious Wimbledon Aeltc Championships.  You will have a range of shifts offered to you and a wider range of shifts at additional venues if you are seeking additional work to suite your lifestyle . You will be required to apply via our online portal and our recruitment and selection process will include an interview and screening to BS7858 standards.

Overview of the Security Officer role:

As an SIA Security Officer, you will be the face of CSP and the event.

• Monitor entry and exit points
• Ensure compliance with venue entry policies
• Deter antisocial behaviour and maintain a calm, authoritative presence
• Respond professionally to incidents or disturbances, using de-escalation techniques
• Remove individuals safely and lawfully if necessary

Communication & Team Coordination

• Work closely with other security staff, venue management, and emergency services
• Maintain clear, professional communication during operations

Customer Interaction

• Provide a visible and approachable presence
• Assist with enquiries while maintaining order
• Promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all

Shifts & Availability

• Days / Night and Weekends
• Flexibility required based on venue requirements
• £17.15 per hour

Requirements of Security Officer:

• Right to work in the UK
• SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Happy to work outdoors (rain, snow or shine)
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• Team Player
• Previous SIA Security experience
• A well-groomed appearance is imperative to this role
• A full five year checkable employment / education history

Essential Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Previous experience in Events Security
• Excellent communication
• Well presented, punctual, and reliable

Additional Information:

• Hourly rate for additional work between £15.35 - £16.09 ph
