We’re hiring casual stewards to support our team on event days .
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the events and security industry, work at iconic stadiums, and receive free training to help you grow in the role.
The Role
As a Matchday Steward, you'll play a key part in delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crowd Management: Supporting the safe movement of fans before, during, and after the match
- Customer Service: Helping attendees with directions, information, and general assistance
- Ticket Checks: Ensuring only valid ticket holders gain access to designated areas
- Safety Support: Keeping walkways clear, reporting concerns, and helping in emergency situations
- Conflict Resolution: Managing queues and assisting in maintaining a calm environment
What You’ll Need
- No previous stewarding experience or qualifications required
- A friendly, helpful attitude and great communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and midweek games
- Reliability and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
