At CSP our Event Operations Managers, are at the heart of major events across the South and London Region ensuring traffic and parking operations run like clockwork.

We are looking for someone to join our Events Operation Management team, who is looking for their next role in a hands-on leadership role. This is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, managing fast-paced operations, and delivering exceptional service to clients and event-goers alike.

What you will be doing as an Events Operations Manager

You will lead the planning, execution and post-event analysis of traffic and parking operations for a portfolio of high-profile venues and events. From greenfield sites to urban settings, you will ensure we deliver safe, smooth, and efficient traffic management that supports the success of each event.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of traffic and event services across multiple sites throughout the year;
• Building strong relationships with clients and operational partners;
• Keeping Venue Operations Manuals accurate and up to date;
• Managing and mentoring your team to deliver operational excellence; and
• Supporting recruitment of front-line event staff across the region.

N.B. Weekend work is common, especially during the busy spring and summer seasons.

What we need from you as an Events Operations Manager

Experienced, calm under pressure and know what it takes to manage complex operations. You thrive in the field and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when the situation requires it.

You’ll need:

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within traffic management or event services;
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams;
• Excellent communication skills — with colleagues, clients and stakeholders;
• A sharp eye for customer service and commercial awareness; and
• Experience in multi-service delivery is a bonus
